An immersive teacher training led by Aram Jalilvand at Yestem Yoga Studio in Warsaw, from 10 October to 29 November 2026.

The programme unfolds over eight consecutive weekends, supported by online Tuesday practice and reflection sessions. It is designed to deepen your own practice, refine your understanding of the Ashtanga system and develop the confidence, clarity and care needed to teach responsibly.

The group is limited to 10 students. The training is suitable for practitioners with at least two years of yoga experience, whether you intend to teach or simply want a stronger, more independent personal practice.

What the training covers

Ashtanga Primary Series

Study the postures, alignment, breath-led counting method and the relationship between movement, focus and endurance.

Anatomy & subtle body

Develop an understanding of safe alignment, anatomy, pranayama, energetic principles and the subtle body.

Philosophy & meditation

Explore yoga history, the Yoga Sutras, kriya, relaxation and meditation as essential parts of a complete practice.

Teaching practicum

Build confidence through observation, hands-on practice, clear communication, responsible adjustment and the art of holding space.
