1. Scope
This policy applies to workshops, weekly classes, retreats, teacher trainings, digital resources and physical products sold directly by Turiya Yoga School. If an offer sends you to another organiser or booking platform, including Yestem Yoga, that provider’s cancellation and refund terms apply to that purchase.
The terms shown on a specific offer or checkout page take priority if they are more specific. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Polish or EU law.
2. Direct workshops and classes
- 14 or more full days before the start: a full refund, less any deposit clearly identified as non-refundable before booking.
- 7–13 full days before the start: 50% of the refundable amount, or a one-time credit for another directly organised Turiya event if offered.
- Fewer than 7 full days before the start or non-attendance: no refund. You may transfer your place to another suitable participant by notifying Turiya at least 24 hours before the start.
- Where no payment has been collected, cancelling simply releases the provisional reservation and no refund is due.
3. Trainings, retreats and deposits
Teacher trainings and retreats require substantial advance commitments to teachers, accommodation and venues. Any non-refundable deposit will be stated clearly before booking. Remaining fees follow the schedule shown for that programme. Requests caused by serious illness or exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually, but approval is not guaranteed.
4. Changes made by Turiya
If Turiya cancels a directly organised event, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid to Turiya or a transfer to a rescheduled date. Turiya is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other third-party costs unless mandatory law requires otherwise. A teacher, room or timetable may be changed when reasonably necessary without changing the essential nature of the offer.
5. Physical and digital products
For physical goods bought at a distance, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. Tell us before returning the item, keep it in substantially unchanged condition and return it within the legal period. The customer pays ordinary return postage unless the item is faulty or Turiya agreed otherwise.
For paid digital content supplied immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may end once access or download begins only where the customer expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged that consequence. Free resources can simply be deleted; newsletter consent can be withdrawn at any time.
6. How to cancel
Use the cancellation option in your account where available, or email turiyayogaschool@gmail.com with your name, booking email and the programme title. The time the request reaches Turiya determines the applicable period. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
