1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Turiya Yoga School website and offers sold directly by Aram Jalilvand through Turiya in Warsaw, Poland. Contact: turiyayogaschool@gmail.com. By creating an account, placing a direct booking or buying a direct offer, you accept the version shown at that time.
Offers booked on a third-party website, including Yestem Yoga, form a contract with the provider identified there and are governed by that provider’s checkout terms. Turiya’s page remains informational for those offers.
2. Accounts and email confirmation
- Provide accurate information and keep access credentials private.
- Email/password accounts must confirm their email before login. Google sign-in confirms the address through Google.
- When the same verified email uses Google and password sign-in, the providers should be securely linked to the existing Firebase account so the original user ID, profile and bookings are preserved.
- Turiya may suspend access used fraudulently, unlawfully or in a way that threatens the website or other participants.
3. Bookings, prices and payment
A booking is accepted when the stated confirmation is issued and any required payment or deposit has been received. Prices are in Polish złoty unless shown otherwise. The demo checkout may record a provisional reservation without collecting payment; it does not represent a paid place until Turiya confirms it.
Places are personal unless transfer is allowed under the cancellation policy. A programme may include additional eligibility, attendance, deposit or instalment rules stated on its page. The cancellation policy forms part of these terms.
4. Health, safety and participation
Yoga involves physical effort and carries a risk of injury. Participants are responsible for choosing an appropriate level, following safety instructions and stopping when something feels unsafe. Tell the teacher about relevant injuries, pregnancy, medical advice or access needs before practice. Turiya’s teaching and website are educational and do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
A teacher may adapt or stop a participant’s practice where reasonably necessary for safety or respectful group conduct. People under 18 need prior written permission from a parent or legal guardian unless the offer expressly provides otherwise.
5. Content and acceptable use
Site text, photographs, videos, practice guides, course materials, branding and recordings are protected by intellectual-property rights. Unless an offer says otherwise, materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial study and may not be copied, sold, uploaded, taught from as certification material or publicly distributed without written permission.
Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, scrape personal data or upload unlawful or harmful material.
6. Availability and liability
Turiya works to keep descriptions, schedules and the website accurate, but temporary interruptions and reasonable corrections may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turiya is not liable for indirect loss or third-party services outside its control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional harm.
7. Law, changes and contact
Polish law applies, without removing protections granted to consumers by the mandatory law of their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised directly so a practical solution can be sought; consumers retain access to competent courts and statutory complaint routes.
Material changes apply prospectively and will be dated on this page. These terms are effective from 19 July 2026. Questions can be sent to turiyayogaschool@gmail.com.
